The Borough of Yeadon is seeking to hire a Secretary/Hall Event Coordinator. A secretary provides secretarial support to the Borough by addressing questions and issues from the public, making calls and answering telephones, sending emails and other documents, filing, copying, scanning, and performing any other such duties as the job requires. A Coordinator oversees the rental of the Hall from beginning to end and schedules the Hall Monitors. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing and managing the Hall rental application process, collecting payments, completing paperwork, making sure Hall Monitors are available to work, and any other such duties as the job may require.
