The First Presbyterian Church of Lansdowne has decided to open up their thrift shop as a free store to clear it out for reopening later in the year. The shop has clothes, kitchenware, books, and other household items, and the goal is to give as much away as possible to families who need it.
The church will open the store exclusively to William Penn School District families in need on Friday, March 26.
Families will need an appointment for a 15-minute slot between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Families will need to supply their own boxes and bags. For safety, no children will be allowed in the shop.
To schedule an appointment, call Pastor Nancy at 610-622-0800, ext. 1
