Self-Directed Program with Online and Email Support
Most people with arthritis have pain. Pain is often their #1 concern and it becomes a barrier in starting and sticking with an exercise program. Getting regular physical activity plays a big role in managing our overall pain by helping protect our joints, making our muscles stronger, reducing muscular stress, lessening depression, and helping us feel better. So….Why not join the Arthritis Foundation Walk with Ease Program!
If you are age 60 or over and need relief from arthritis pain or just want to get active, the 6-week Walk With Ease program can teach you how to safely make physical activity part of your everyday life.
